Key Requirements
Assist’s the COO in reviewing and accurately analyzing business performance on regular basis
Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS and weekly calls with the leadership team
Draft’s strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review
Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically
Works closely with business leaders to track large ticket sales orders/funnel and other business related updates
Assist’s COO in setting-up review meetings, records minutes, follows-up and tracks pending actions from attendees
Partner effectively with the finance team to accurately report business numbers
Help’s rationalize business forecasts by reconciling it with data received from all SBU’s from time to time
Drives initiatives and projects on behalf of the COO’s office, and regularly updates the progress to the COO
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate in Management
Years of Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product / Business Development / Business Analyst / Strategy would be preferred
Linguistic Proficiency: English
