  • Assist’s the COO in reviewing and accurately analyzing business performance on regular basis
  • Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS and weekly calls with the leadership team
  • Draft’s strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review
  • Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically
  • Works closely with business leaders to track large ticket sales orders/funnel and other business related updates
  • Assist’s COO in setting-up review meetings, records minutes, follows-up and tracks pending actions from attendees
  • Partner effectively with the finance team to accurately report business numbers
  • Help’s rationalize business forecasts by reconciling it with data received from all SBU’s from time to time 
  • Drives initiatives and projects on behalf of the COO’s office, and regularly updates the progress to the COO
  • Key Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate in Management
  • Years of Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product / Business Development / Business Analyst / Strategy would be preferred
  • Linguistic Proficiency: English
