Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in construction project execution, stakeholder coordination, and budget control. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency in large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Planning & Execution

• Develop, manage, and execute construction project plans from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project milestones.

✅ Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.

✅ Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project expenses, ensuring cost control and optimizing resource allocation.
• Negotiate contracts and assess vendor performance to maximize efficiency.

✅ Risk Assessment & Compliance

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.
• Proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Procore, or similar).
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
