Allegro is seeking a well-structured, detail-oriented, and dynamic International Expansion Project Manager to join our team. This key role will lead the expansion of Allegro's presence into new markets, driving both the development and execution of long-term country strategies, as well as the orchestration of market launches. The ideal candidate excels in project management, communication, and fosters a one-team approach across the organization.
What will your work involve?
You will adapt business campaign strategies for new international markets and coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute Allegro's major events such as Smart Week and Black Week campaigns. You will proactively identify risks and devise solutions using available tools
You will organize projects by identifying key deliverables, executing end-to-end campaign processes, and monitoring project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks
You will foster collaboration among various departments to implement new strategies and ensure successful campaign launches. You will facilitate alignment among teams to promote coordination and cooperation
You will support processes by refining procedures based on insights from previous campaigns to enhance efficiency. You will actively explore new solutions and approaches to accelerate progress
We are looking for a specialist who:
1-2 years of experience in project management, administration, or a related field
Basic analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
