This individual will manage projects and/or operationalize processes across multiple departments of our company, including Homecare & Clinical Operations, Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, Marketing & Sales, and IT. This role is hands-on, relying on your expertise, flexibility, energy, and initiative for thorough planning and precise execution.
- Over 2 years consulting experience with various business clients. Willing and eager to partner with others and be part of the team, offers recommendations, and suggests additional work or improvements that he/she could take on to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project. Is not rigid and willing to adapt to methods and processes that clients use. Focused on client satisfaction
- Self-starter, eager to learn, takes initiative, quick to respond to inquiries with full answers
- Must have sufficient network bandwidth to have camera on during meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable field
- Proven success over 2 years or more managing / coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in group facilitation, creating and maintaining dashboards for tracking data
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office concepts
- Strong working knowledge of SmartSheets and the use of KanBan cards
