As a Project Manager at CI&T, you will be instrumental in driving project success through effective communication, strategic client management, and meticulous project execution. This role requires a dynamic mix of leadership, business acumen, and analytical expertise to deliver exceptional results and build lasting client relationships. in guiding projects from ideation to reality, all while fostering teamwork and innovation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Align project deliverables with clients' strategic objectives by deeply understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Identify opportunities to add value and elevate the client experience through innovative solutions
  • Oversee all project phases, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resources to track progress and address risks proactively
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, for seamless project execution
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation, to translate client needs into actionable project requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Analyse project data and feedback to identify improvement areas, optimising performance and outcomes
  • Utilise agile methodologies to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the project team, encouraging diverse perspectives and innovative solutions
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project expectations
  • Continuously evaluate project performance to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost savings
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project team to enhance skills and capabilities
  • Oversee the deployment of functional solutions, including creating and implementing system test plans to ensure quality and integrity

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in client management, project leadership, and business analysis within a Professional Services Organization (PSO) or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) being highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier results.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and business analysis software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while effectively managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing the deployment of functional solutions, including the creation and implementation of system test plans to ensure both quality and integrity.
