Project Manager

Experience: 10+ years

Senior PM with strong project management/ implementation management experience –with atleast 10 years into core PM role

• Transformation Project management. Good knowledge of Agile and related skills, User stories, Scrum framework
• Good knowledge of PM Skills and concepts
• Documentations created on each stage of Project Management process as per change framework
• Strong Stakeholder Management ability to manage diverse set of global and in country stakeholders – Handling Senior Stakeholders will be an added advantage
• Drive team meetings and Project Working groups - Ability govern, manage and run project governance forums and manage all governance reporting etc
• Clarity, Jira and Confluence tools knowledge
• Ability to work Independently. Confident & Co-ordination skills
• Behavioural skills – Great Attitude and intent to learn and perform
• Manages the project business case and tracking of actual costs against the plan.
• RAID management: Identify and tracking of project risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact, and takes action to mitigate.
• Drills down to solves problems applying analysis skills as required
• Adopts the Transformation or change Framework throughout the project life cycle
• Good communication skills - ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings.
• PMP or any other Project Management certification is added advantage Good to have: Commercial banking domain knowledge and Trade Background
