We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team on a part-time role for 2 months starting November 2024.
Context:
Our client, an American bank, has initiated a program, aiming to upgrade their core banking system and enhance its data architecture by building an Enterprise Data Warehouse. While they have been developing the data governance framework for unstructured data using Microsoft Purview, they are still in the early stages of designing the framework for structured data and they are considering tools to support this effort.
The team will be composed of 3 consultants:
- 1 Business Data Analyst based in Montreal, Canada
- 1 Senior Data Governance Specialist based in Montreal, Canada
- 1 Project Manager/Banking SME, based in New York City.
Role:
- Leading and coordinating meetings and validations with the client
- Resource and project planning
- Relationships with the client’s business teams and project teams.
- Proving knowledge of US banking regulations applicable to MCB
- Coordinate with the business and data teams to align the new framework and existing regulations
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of US regulations: FFIEC, NY DFS 500, PCI DSS, CFPB, OCC
- Past experience working on a Data project
- Past experience working within the banking industry in the US
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
The salary range for this role is US$600 - US$1000 per day.
