What You'll Do:
In the Project Manager (PM) role, you will be responsible for managing client-facing engagements to deploy our software products. You will also need to act as the bridge between the client and the services team to ensure deployments are committed to and completed in a timely manner. You will be accountable for partnering with the services team to develop detailed project plans and status reports. You will identifies and manage key milestones, timelines, deliverables, roadblocks and services team hours. You will support the Services engagement process and ensures production readiness through effective management of the project.

Requirements
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management required, preferably in client-facing engagements. Experience in managing projects in a software environment is strongly preferred.
· Certification Requirements: PMI, PMP or other Project Management methodology preferred
· Strong verbal, written, organizational and problem-solving skills
· Project management skills and the ability to influence others to achieve project goals and timelines
· Strong client service aptitude
· Experience in project management software is helpful
