Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, and within budget.
Provide overall direction and technical guidance to the project team, tracking project progress, and identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
Ensure project delivery is consistent with company standards, procedures, and policies, identifying areas for process improvement where necessary.
Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on progress and targeting successful project delivery.
Manage risk and facilitate issue resolution, escalating items as needed.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables, tracking and reporting on project metrics, and coordinating and conducting project post-mortems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate individuals.
Knowledge and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
