Role Purpose
We are seeking an accomplished educator to lead the delivery on our Project Management Bootcamp Programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or tutor to write the programme and deliver to cohorts of learners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the formulation and delivery of this programme, contributing substantially to its success and impact.
Job Entails
Key responsibilities and objectives of the job are:
• Develop engaging learning materials that are aligned to the programme specification and sequence of learning
• Deliver purposeful and engaging learning sessions for our Project Management Bootcamp Programme
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise and execute innovative training methodologies, integrating digital platforms and tools.
• Engaging closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure the currency and relevance of our training initiatives.
• Working in conjunction with fellow tutors and assessors to maintain consistency across training delivery and assessment
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our Project Management Programme, leveraging data and analytics to continuously drive quality and achievement
Person Specification
• Educated to a minimum of level 4 in Project Management. Prince2 qualification is desirable
• A strong track record of delivering Project Management skills within an education or training context
• Experience working as part of a team of trainers and assessors is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines
• A passion for making a difference to people's lives through education and training
