What will you be doing in this role?
- Supports the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM)
- Perform tasks in the area of Supporting Portfolio Controls
- Monitor project status and tasks
- Analyze trends and forecast reports
- Perform resource utilizations controls
- Create procurement requisitions in ERP toolset
- Report budget execution status
- Perform data handling and versioning of internal documents
- Support quality assurance methodology process/practices
- Execute resource assignments and associated time accounting approval
- Support project related meetings coordination
- Report on progress execution and flagging of exception trends to managers
- Perform ad-hoc geospatial production support tasks
- Assist project staff on any other matters
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Possess at least high school diploma and 5 years of related professional experience or higher vocational training and 3 years of professional experience.
- Competent and experienced in the application of Project Management methodology such as PRINCE2 and Project Management techniques
- Experience in maintaining SharePoint workspace and portals
- Hands-on experience with ERP Financials Systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP and similar)
- Competent and experienced with principles of accounting and finance
- Good knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Instruction Library): Design, Strategy, Transition, Operations, Continual improvement is considered an advantage
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English language at least B2 level
- Proficiency of other language is desirable
