Project Management Specialist

Effectively collaborate with the site project manager to ensure timely preparation of budget requests.

 Raise purchase requisitions and attach the supporting documents to PO (Purchase Order) creation. 

Review cash flow management, that debts have been paid, and invoices have been requested in a timely fashion and in accordance with the contract and project status.

Manage project cash flow effectively, providing clear visibility to Capex Finance for weekly and monthly fund requirements.

Collaborate with Consultants, vendors, internal stakeholder for construction permitting process 

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage project budgets, and track and report spending against approved Capex funding.

Support new vendor onboarding requests.

Ensure compliance with cost accounting policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

4 years of related experience in a projects/construction background.

Relevant work experience in controlling large-scale projects.

Proficiency in budget management, cost estimation, and financial analysis.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse project stakeholders. Proficiency in written and verbal English is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, organize, and set priorities effectively.
