The PMO Manager for Consulting services is a key leadership role responsible for establishing and overseeing the project management office within our consulting company. This position focuses on internal coordination, process optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects to meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and follow-up with stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities and attend stakeholders’ meetings when needed.
- Collaborate with Finance team to develop and manage project schedules, budget outlines, and financial reports.
- Create detailed weekly project progress reports for Seniors.
- Applying policies and procedures for project management for the organization.
- Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
- Implement project review processes to assess performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different consulting teams and departments.
- Act as a central point of contact for project managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and high standards across consulting projects.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to incorporate client feedback into internal processes.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects for efficient and timely delivery.
- Evaluate existing project management methodologies and tools for enhancements.
- Lead change management initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or any related field.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, etc.) is desirable.
- 4-6 years of progressively responsible Project Management or Operations experience, preferably in the consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of business acumen, resource planning, PMO practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of PMO methodologies and the ability to adapt them to suit consulting project dynamics.
