Project Management Office- Lead

• Years of Experience: 20 to 22 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the PMO, overseeing SAP-related projects across multiple business functions.
  • Define and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets, and report on project performance to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for SAP project management, including documentation, change management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, providing transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure SAP project alignment with organizational strategy, leading prioritization efforts across programs.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale SAP projects and programs.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
