Responsibility:
- Collect and understand project requirements.
- Plan project activities in collaboration with the team.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, work quality, and manpower allocation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between content moderators and other departments.
- Create periodic reports and maintain project-related documents.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contractor and Content Moderator Management:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Identify project-specific staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified contractors and content moderators.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the selection of candidates who meet project requirements and standards.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and integration into project workflows.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate contractors' and moderators' work performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to content moderators to enhance their efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and enforce guidelines and policies for content moderation.
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with content moderators to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the labeling and moderation processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the labeling and moderation workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in content moderation to apply innovative solutions
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of statistics and data analysis.
- Expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools; proficiency in project management software is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and reliability, with a proven track record of quick learning and adaptability.
- Superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
