What we Seek
- Assist in routing clients' deliveries orders
- Assigning of drivers from existing driver pool to routes
- Support clients on their orders via in a timely manner
- Monitoring orders and resolve the delivery issues for our clients
What you'll Need
- Great customer service, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
- Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients
- Shift hours: 530pm to 1030pm
- Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday, weekdays available
- Must have own laptop AND spare phone
- Training will be provided (onsite in office)
