Project management and service delivery
- Liaise closely with customers for timely deployment and to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with engineers for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Create project documentation.
- Conduct customer trainings and assist in creating training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate quality of service delivery with metrics.
- Provide ongoing customer support, addressing any technical or operational concerns.
- Responsible for customer success, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products and services by fostering strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
- Responsible for customer account renewal.
- Gather customer feedback proactively to improve our products and services.
- Work with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum two years of experience in either project management, IT service delivery or a customer facing role, ideally in a technical customer support capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have initiative and able to take proactive approach to solve challenges.
- Experience in coding (e.g sysadmin scripts or high level languages) is a plus.
- Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR.
