Project Engineer - Leading Pharmaceutical Business

Responsibilities:

  • Technical project management and coordination, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordination of external service providers and partners.
  • Aligning installation measures with internal departments and involved trades.
  • Process transfer to our international partners.
  • Scale-up of existing processes and development of new processes in highly robust production systems.
  • Interface with process development from R&D and with knowledge carriers from various departments.
  • Integration of internal and external know-how in chemical processes and technology, considering relevant regulations and standards, including specific GMP and radiation protection requirements.
  • In-depth development and independent expansion of expertise related to the process, including handling radioactive materials.
  • Preparation of SOPs, specifications, and training materials.
  • Organizational planning, including cost and schedule monitoring.
  • Updating planning goals and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordination with internal and external approval procedures.
  • Contract analysis.
  • Claim management.

Requirements

Profile:

  • Completed engineering degree (Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field).
  • Several years of project experience in the pharmaceutical environment with a successful track record in implementing plant projects.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Structured and organized work approach.
  • Quick understanding, commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Leadership qualities with respect to both external service providers and project teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
