Project Delivery Manager

About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organisation specialising in energy and sustainability technology.

We are presenting an exciting new opportunity for a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager to join the team in Guildford.

As the Delivery Manager, you will work closely with both the Product and Software Delivery teams to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans whilst identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks to ensure the timely delivery of product releases.

You will manage complex projects that involve cross-functional teams, ensuring focus on the highest impact deliverables and demonstrating your capability to deliver on time, within scope and to high quality standards that align with business goals.

This is a high-impact position that reports directly to the CEO and will shape how the product vision is brought to life.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a delivery management, project management or related role within software or technology focused environments.

• Highly process driven with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across teams, ensuring focus on the highest impact deliverables.
• Proactive and a natural ability to pre-empt challenges and provide effective solution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, align and communicate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is desirable, with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Lean principles as they apply to product and software delivery.
