Main Job Duties will be;
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and deadlines, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and team members.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and reports.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining project documentation and files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in PM or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
