The Project Coordinator will support the execution of an Aerospace Test and Evaluation contract, managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and providing logistics and contract support. This role involves working closely with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain reports, briefings, test plans, and other documentation.
· Provide administrative support for management, acquisition, and logistics activities.
· Coordinate and participate in meetings, program reviews, and technical briefings.
· Track action items, milestones, and deliverables.
· Assist with logistics support, including inventory management and procurement.
· Support contract specialists with procurement and contract closeout processes.
Requirements
Required Experience:
· 3-5 years of project coordination, preferably in aerospace or defense.
· Experience with government contracts and FAR regulations.
· Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
· Active DoD Secret clearance.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
