The Project Coordinator, Project Management Office of the Global Business Operations team will be responsible for supporting the facilitation and execution of highly cross-functional projects in support of our company’s strategic priorities. You will work collaboratively with teams across the company, including IT, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations. This role reports to the Director, Global Business Operations.

At this time we are seeking candidates in the Chicago, IL area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create project plans in collaboration Project Managers as they work with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budget and measure of success by organizing the information in a comprehensive manner 
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and provide status updates to management, project teams and other relevant project stakeholders. 
  • Work with project managers and colleagues across the business to track progress on key deliverables and escalate risks to the lead project manager/program manager immediately to be resolved 
  • Keep project reporting evergreen within systems such as Jira and Tableau 
  • Support the facilitation of project retrospectives ensuring proper documentation of learnings to be leveraged for future project management updates 
  • Adhere to and promote Relativity standard project management tools, procedures, and best practices 
  • Other administrative activities as required to support the success of projects 
  • Travel Requirements: Less than 2x/year 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in a project coordinator role or other highly cross functional role  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex messages to a variety of audiences 
  • Ability to strive in a fast paced, highly complex environment 
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools 
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.  

  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $58,000 and $88,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
