We are seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team! This position provides a valuable opportunity to contribute to a dynamic international program while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and administration. The Project Coordinator Intern will support our efforts to administer our International Teacher Program and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the program. The Project Coordinator Intern will provide support regarding candidate tracking through visa application and travel phases, housing and transportation, creating/delivering orientation materials, and coordinating with external partners. The ideal candidate will be globally minded, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is an on-site position and requires the ability to commute to the corporate office in McLean, Virginia. The Project Coordinator Intern is an entry-level position and is ideal for recent graduates or graduate students. We anticipate part-time support (~20 hours/week) beginning April through August 2025.
