Project Coordinator (Digitization services)

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Coordinator in the area of digitization services (scanning and data entry services) to join our UniQue Culture & Digitization Solutions team, part of our Enterprise & Presales Solutions BU.

What will you be bringing to the team?

For the Project Coordinator position, we expect you to:

  • Provide presales consulting services in digitization projects 
  • Oversee document scanning operations for multiple locations 
  • Manage and oversee daily production volumes for scanning locations. 
  • Be responsible for designing document prep, indexing and quality control procedures. 
  • Monitor process and procedures to download and delivery of data files. 
  • Ensure all scanning centers processes and procedures adheres to security policies 
  • Be involved in hiring, onboarding and training of new team members. 
  • Oversee the quality control and audit process for all scanning centers 
  • Coordinate box/document transfer, chain of custody for each location. 
  • Monitor document scanning workflow and identify bottlenecks. 
  • Improve operations efficiencies and production  

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

  • University/College degree in Computer Science, Archival, Library and Information Studies, Museology or other relative discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in managing scanning or data entry centers or similar position 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient use of English language (verbal & written)
