This is a great opportunity to join the ever-expanding Professional Services team at Brandwatch. Reporting into one of our Leads in the Professional Services team and collaborating with Consultants, Success Managers and line managers, this role is pivotal in ensuring an efficient and effective customer experience focused on understanding individual skills to best meet client business needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing a case queue, managing one-time projects, scoped work and hour burn down budgets.
- Maintain and update time tracking tools on a project by project basis, ensuring process adherence and working within set SLAs.
- Assist in capacity planning to ensure that resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects. Leverage project management software to inform Professional Services team leadership on time management issues and project overruns to inform decision making
- Clear understanding of team skills and abilities to creatively and effectively resource against client deliverables.
- Coordinate with Leads and other Project Coordinators to ensure the proper resources are assigned and aligned to projects and information is shared between relevant stakeholders through project lifestyle.
- Scheduling outside resources for language specific skills as defined by the scope/project
- Partner with Success Managers, and Professional Services Consultants and Managers to effectively manage projects/accounts across various clients, using time tracking tool reports.

- Ability to work autonomously in a global structure. Experience of Adobe Workfront desirable but not required
