What You'll Do:
- Assisting of customer orders, reassigning of transaction, modification etc. for fulfillment rate purposes.
- Handle and resolve complaints both for users in thoughtful and professional manner.
- Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged/missing items, undelivered orders etc.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
What we seek:
- A passionate customer service professional with BPO exaperience
What you'll need:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Must be amenable to working onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange
- Must be amenable to work on a 1-month contract from November 26, 2024 to December 26, 2024.
