Project Associate - Music Archive

Ensure the ongoing preservation and growth of the music archive through established activities and strategic initiatives and take responsibility to manage of physical resources employed in the process including proper storage procedures. Achieve the production goals whilst maintaining the highest accuracy levels. Communicate effectively with colleagues to build and develop a positive relationship and maintain user confidence of the tasks, by keeping information confidential. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Passed GCE (A/L's) in any stream
• Good command in MS office & computer fundamentals
• Good English and communication
• Hands on experience in Google sheets & documents
• Ability to visit the office Monday to Friday
• Flexibility to work in different working hours
• Passion to work with Music Database Management Systems
• Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
