Establish training files and design different training methods according to different training contents and purposes.
Assist in the establishment and management of internal trainer team.
Quality Assurance
Design and supervise the quality management methods suitable for the team based on the quality problems raised during the project operation.
Collect process quality data, output quality reports through effective quality analysis, providing accurate data basis for the project team, and continuously improve project quality.
Summarize and analyze the issues occurred in the project. Reduce the occurrence of low quality problems and improve the quality in time.
