Deliver and execute a robust, adaptive Project and Portfolio process that is globally consistent allowing for regional variance as required.
Define the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process globally and regionally.
Lead monthly Global Process Owner meetings including regular status updates to stakeholders.
Provide the description, mission statement, roadmap, strategy, process objectives and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the SACM process and its associated procedures.
Monitor and review the execution of the SACM process at a high-level, ensure it remains consistent with the organization’s current culture and IT Service Management strategy and ensures coordination with all other IT processes.
Manage, monitor, review and update all procedural documentation and work instructions.
Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process.
Interfaces with other processes and/or business functions to ensure they can leverage the benefits provided by the Project and Portfolio Management process.
Directs, prioritizes, and schedules audits; ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits are carried out.
Conducts Agile ceremonies for ServiceNow development groups.
Plans, organizes, and manages special projects staffed by the ServiceNow development groups and provides coordination of the various projects to ensure alignment
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project and Portfolio Management or related degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience or combination or education, experience, and training.
Ability to adapt to a continually changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management processes and practices.

Certifications:
Project Management certification; PPM, Prince II, Agile and/or SCRUM
Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills are required.
