As a Salesforce Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing and managing Salesforce solutions for the Recruitment and Learning domain. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, enhancing both user experience and system efficiency.

Project Management:
- Organize learning projects, defining objectives, resources, budget, and planning deadlines.
- Ensure completion while addressing constraints.

Facilitate and Manage Learning Tools:
- Create learning and communication assets.
- Define change management plans for the adoption of tools.

Manage Relations with Software Publishers:
- Develop strong relationships with partners for incident management and requests regarding learning platforms.

ITSM Process Management:
- Handle Level 2 and 3 support tickets, while creating knowledge articles or process documentation to reduce ticket volume for Level 1 support.

Maintain a Learning Center:
- Keep the center up-to-date by writing articles, creating training capsules, and managing content.

Communicate Platform Updates:
- Stay informed on new features of learning platforms and communicate relevant updates to users.

Support Certification Management:
- Manage certification portfolios in collaboration with internal contacts for various technologies.
Knowledge:
- Strong Change Management experience
- Proficient in Project Management
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets
- Workday Learning experience (optional)
