As a Salesforce Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing and managing Salesforce solutions for the Recruitment and Learning domain. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, enhancing both user experience and system efficiency.

  1. Project Management:

    • Organize learning projects, defining objectives, resources, budget, and planning deadlines.
    • Ensure completion while addressing constraints.
  2. Facilitate and Manage Learning Tools:

    • Create learning and communication assets.
    • Define change management plans for the adoption of tools.
  3. Manage Relations with Software Publishers:

    • Develop strong relationships with partners for incident management and requests regarding learning platforms.
  4. ITSM Process Management:

    • Handle Level 2 and 3 support tickets, while creating knowledge articles or process documentation to reduce ticket volume for Level 1 support.
  5. Maintain a Learning Center:

    • Keep the center up-to-date by writing articles, creating training capsules, and managing content.
  6. Communicate Platform Updates:

    • Stay informed on new features of learning platforms and communicate relevant updates to users.
  7. Support Certification Management:

    • Manage certification portfolios in collaboration with internal contacts for various technologies.

Knowledge:

  • Strong Change Management experience
  • Proficient in Project Management

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Workday Learning experience (optional)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong service orientation
  • Autonomy and reactivity
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills
