Job Description
· 2+ Years of experience
· Mandatory Skills - Microsoft Office Suite
· Project coordinators are responsible for coordinating meetings and attending to all logistics requirements on the account.
· Handling of project documentations, uploading and downloading from various repository (from both Amdocs an clients)
· Attending and taking minutes when requested
· Consolidating the Minutes of Meeting and filed on the designated location of the repository
· Supporting on site logistics, such as getting visitors on site and ensuring all security guidelines are adhered by
· Assisting project managers and directors in collating, gathering information as per request
· Updating documentation as per request ensuring relevant and accurate communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
