Project Accountant/Account Officer

TLDR

The project Accountant will work closely with Strategic Business Units to manage project financials and ensure accurate budgeting and invoicing.

The project Accountant will be attached to our Strategic Business Units to ensure:

1. Recording and analyzing costs for the projects at hand;
2. Proper budgeting is done at SBU level;
3. Revenue is matched against expenses;
4. Periodic profit/loss is done for the projects and SBU;
5. Expenses voucher recording and tracking and other finance related issues as directed by Head of Finance;
6. Provision of accounting data that will aid preparation of Management Account;
7. Invoicing and following up on clients' revenue or mobilization;
8. Any other finance related responsibilities as directed by Head of Finance

-Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Accounting
-ACA/ACCA/(inview)
-Minimum of 2 years working experience related to the JD above.
