We are looking for a Programme Manager on a 12 month fixed term basis. The role will look to engage high-calibre individual(s) embedded within our public sector teams, working on our largest and most complex programmes, to support with key elements of programme planning and management. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Partners, Directors and Business Managers leading our Public Sector Cluster, contribute to strategic priorities, and supplement our consulting teams, where needed, with high-quality programme management resource. This role could be delivered largely remotely, but with expectation of occasional need to be on-site for key client meetings or internal sessions (approx. once per month).

We offer a highly competitive salary (£65,000 - £75,000) and our generous benefits package includes Life Assurance, Income Protection, pension contributions and 29 days holiday (not including bank holidays). We also operate profit share schemes so that our people share in the success of the business. The profit share bonus is based on company performance and typically paid out in March and September.
