As part of the transformation, we are building out a Global Procurement function to support and assist us in meeting our ambition and our vision is ‘To be the best commercial Procurement organization to work for and work with, delivering value and managing risk for the benefit of our businesses, our planet, our clients, and our communities’

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join us for a period of 6 months to support with this journey. 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversight of significant procurement projects and programmes.
  • Develop overall functional programme plan, with our goals.
  • Oversee programme management across Source to Contract and Data, stitching the programmes together as needed.
  • Working with subject matter experts in procurement and the business to scope, plan and deliver the programmes.
  • Develop Procurement programme management framework, for managing complex procurement delivery.
  • Monitor all aspects of procurement delivery programme productivity, including accomplishments, delays, setbacks, issues and successful processes.
  • Manage, monitor, and share programme status across WPP governance forums and mechanisms.
  • Closely monitor programme benefits and results, ensuring desired outputs and results have been achieved.
  • Ensure programmes connect the delivery of change to the strategic goals and business direction, refining and reprioritising the pipeline plan as needed.
  • Manage all associated stakeholder communications.

 

What you'll need:

  • Highly experienced in managing programmes across complex, international businesses.
  • Proven track record of managing source to contract / procure to pay programmes and data-driven programmes.
  • Experienced in using technology platforms to provide comprehensive performance reporting, from dashboards through to detailed benefits reporting.
