We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging paid programmatic channels to drive measurable results and optimize campaign performance. This role requires a deep understanding of paid programmatic platforms, tracking solutions, advanced measurement, and an inclination to work cross-functionally across analytics, applied science, and creative optimization to drive ROI through data-driven performance advertising.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute paid programmatic digital media strategies across various platforms such as DV360, and programmatic channels such as display, video and audio etc. to drive New MRR subject to LTV/CAC constraints.
- Lead the technical development of the channel; onboard and lead the implementation of third-party tools (FMPs, Creative Optimization tools) and work with Applied Science to develop in-house bidding and audience-based optimizations.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital programmatic campaigns, including but not limited to campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative development, and A/B testing; in partnership with agency partners.
- Delivering programmatic campaigns comprising of, but not limited to Native, Display, BVOD, YouTube, Outstream, DOOH and Rich Media; in partnership with agency partners
- Managing tag integration and assignment across CM360 and DV360
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and steer campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Creating and refining processes to allow for streamlined ways of working and accurate delivery of tasks.
- Leverage our CDP/1P & 3P data to create audiences (inclusion, exclusions, etc) and maximize incrementally through testing.
- Building strong relationships with both media and agency partners
- Collaborate with the creative optimization team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Own a testing roadmap across creatives, bidding, audiences, landing pages, and more aimed at constantly improving our campaign set-up to increase volume.
- Maintain a strong level of understanding in relation to business and market segments to ensure recommendations and opportunities are aligned with data and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid programmatic advertising to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and sales, to align paid digital media strategies with broader marketing objectives and business goals.

- Deep understanding of tracking technologies and analytics
- Experience:
- Deep experience running data-driven paid programmatic marketing programs with global reach
- Bachelors degreeExtensive experience in growth/performance/ programmatic marketing
- Previous experience building digital programmatic marketing programs
- SQL knowledge is highly preferred
