This role exists to increase transparency and to aid management of risks in delivery of our strategic and tactical work and ultimately to increase confidence in our development and the outcomes we are delivering.  The role will help ensure the necessary approvals are planned for and followed, throughout discovery, design, development and deployment - including involvement of senior stakeholders (e.g. Co-founder) to aid speed and efficiency of each stage.

The ideal candidate is an individual contributor with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, capable of highlighting risks and confidence levels in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Capture: Collect and document all ongoing and upcoming initiatives across product and technology teams.
  • Interdependency Analysis: Understand and map out interdependencies between different projects and initiatives to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop a detailed and comprehensive roadmap that encompasses all initiatives, timelines, and milestones for use in Technology.  This will be adapted to a High Level roadmap for use with business stakeholders.
  • Continuous Updating: Maintain and update the roadmap regularly through continuous engagement with team leads and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, document, and communicate potential risks and dependencies, highlighting areas of concern and confidence levels.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the product and technology teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project statuses, updates, and changes.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular updates for the CPO and CTO, ensuring transparency and visibility into the progress of initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience working with product and technology teams in a high-growth environment at a recognised/leading technology company

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex interdependencies and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives
  • Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan
