The Program Manager will manage end-to-end instructor-led live training learning solutions for Dynatrace Customer Enablement, including  (Instructor Led (ILT), and Lab-based training). They will make a substantial impact by managing the developing program for learner-centric experiences and aligning them to Dynatrace business priorities. The Program Manager requires a high degree of analytical ability to find opportunities to improve user development through change and creativity — proposing and developing the appropriate learning solution(s) to meet the business objectives of Dynatrace as well as bringing the solutions to market. 

As a program manager, this role will require interaction with various expert teams, providing instructional guidelines and objectives but relying on subject matter experts, developers, instructional designers and delivery teams to develop and deliver a wide range of offerings.  Expertise in the ability to establish governance and processes to interact coordinate with various development teams, operations teams, SMEs, gather requirements and develop project plans to support the learning needs and opportunities across the Platform is a requirement.  

As a Program Manager, they will have to have demonstrated experience in creating highly technical, hands-on training in a variety of application such as instructor-led-training (ILT), and the T3 (train the trainer) delivery format.  

The Program Manager possesses a rare blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, the drive and tactical ability to make that vision a reality. They should possess a solid in-depth understanding of adult learning theory principles and are be able to balance responsibilities as of an instructional designer and a program manager. The ILT Program Manager will initiate and manage the lifecycle of projects related to the customer enablement programs.  

 

Minimum Required Experience:   

  • 5+ years of experience with technical product or program management experience. 

  • 3+ years’ experience in leading the creation of education assets in the IT software industry. 

  • 3+ years of experience using Dynatrace, and/or other observability and security platforms. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in a related field of computer science, business related, programmatic or other similar field.  

Preferred Experience 

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills and leadership skills. 

  • Demonstrated evaluation strategy deliverables and go-to-market around product launch. 

  • Strong leadership skills. 

  • Demonstrated planning, analysis, and creative problem-solving skills as a leader responsible for delivering customer centric solutions. 

  • Demonstrated experience in provisioning technical components and environments to support hands-on, lab-based training. 

  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills. 

  • Measurable results of learning effectiveness 

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. 

  • Strong employee mentoring and coaching collaboration and motivation skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in a computer science, engineering or related field.  

  • Experience in at least one of the following: Instructional Design or Curriculum Design  

  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and managing training/enablement programs. 

  • Experience creating SME cookbooks to facilitate facilitating SME participation. 

  • Demonstrated expertise in education and curriculum design (online virtual and live and classroom). 

  • Experience working with a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). 

  • Experience with Agile methodologies for education production. 

  • At least (10) years of progressive, relevant experience. 

DOE, annual salary is $119,000 - $148,000 plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
