About the Role

Project Management:
Oversee Anaplan projects from initial design to implementation.
Lead a team of Bluecrux consultants and key client stakeholders.

Supply Chain Planning Expertise:

Collaborate closely with clients to redesign planning processes.
Develop end-to-end integrated planning concepts.
Elevate demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory tactics to higher maturity levels for clients.
Document new processes

Technical Collaboration:

Work with Bluecrux solution architects to define Anaplan requirements.
Assist clients in specifying necessary formulas and dashboards.
Act as the critical link between business needs and technical solutions.

Agile Model Building:

Manage the model build process in an agile manner.
Enable Bluecrux model builders to construct Anaplan modules and dashboards, often in co-build mode with the client’s model builder.
Focus on user experience and engagement to maximize client adoption.

Comprehensive Rollout:

Collaborate with clients to plan and oversee user acceptance testing, user training, go-live, and hyper-care of the newly developed solution.

Customer Success:

Maintain strong client relationships post-project to ensure successful Anaplan model implementation.
Identify opportunities for future projects on the client’s connected planning roadmap.

Driving Digital Transformation:

Play a key role in driving digital transformation for Bluecrux's clients.
Help clients achieve better supply chain planning and operational efficiencies.
