Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Strategy and Programs team supports Stripe’s mission (to ‘Increase the GDP of the Internet’) by empowering the Revenue Organization to achieve their goals. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem solving, and help build connections between users, Stripe go-to-market teams and the business overall.
Our Program Managers are focused on initiating, project managing, and delivering internally-oriented projects. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. We are looking for someone who will deliver high-impact GTM transformations, and can effectively deploy strategic frameworks, closely partner with cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions.
As we rapidly grow our company and customer-base, we need ‘full stack’ change management and program management experts with the successful candidate being given responsibility for specific, high-impact projects of multi-month (and potentially multi-year) duration where they will be involved in ideation, solution design, and project management, as well as execution on work-streams related to enablement.
We are looking for a Program Manager, Strategy & Projects to drive large, potentially multi-year transformational programs that are aligned with the top priorities of our GTM leadership and which will afford the opportunity to work cross-functionally across a breadth of teams at Stripe.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
