As a Program Manager in the AI/ML domain, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our AI-powered Enterprise Software offerings. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including product/program managers, engineers, data scientists, leaders, customers and stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Your expertise in program management that runs over several releases, communication, and know-how in AI/ML subject matters will be critical to our success.
As a Program Manager you are expected to:
- Focus on customer value & prioritize work backlog effectively in a value-driven manner.
- Plan, Execute & Monitor the progress of development work.
- Understand technical aspects of the development & support the team on decision making.
- Manage risks, issues & dependencies, coordinating across product & technology areas where required.
- Manage customer escalations and handle communication.
- Stay abreast of AI/ML trends and upcoming innovations to drive informed decision-making.
- Be a role model in words and actions.
- Be proactive, drive and take ownership.
- Be communicative and have a yes we can attitude.
- Has excellent communication, presentation, strong decision making and negotiation skills.
- Can work in extremely volatile and ambiguous situations, taking calculated risks to take the team forward.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple competing priorities.
- Working Proficiency in Jira or similar issue & project tracking systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in AI/ML projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development and AI/ML technologies.
- Passion for AI/ML and a drive to stay ahead of industry advancements.
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications in engineering & delivery of enterprise software solutions.
