Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of over 100 tech and market consultants, Robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.
Position Overview
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of multiple projects that align with our strategic objectives. This role demands expertise in program management methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Your goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and uphold the quality standards expected by our clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans that outline objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set and monitor program performance metrics, regularly analyzing data to assess progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage stakeholder relationships through regular updates, feedback sessions, and alignment meetings.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure that all projects within the program align with organizational goals and comply with established quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, helping them to meet their project goals.
- Participate in steering committee meetings, presenting program updates and strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges and enhance team performance.
- Align program priorities with resource availability to optimize outcomes.
- Generate regular reports for management showcasing project progress, budget status, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a successful track record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with project and program management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and professional development.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a strong understanding of business objectives.
