Segula Technologies is currently seeking a Propulsion Systems Sub System Technical Manager Support person. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Support for all integration activities and interface for all issues (cost, timing, program planning, launch support, program resolution, etc.)
· Must be available for off-hour teleconferences and regional travel
· Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university or equivalent
· More than 5 years of experience in design, development, and program management experience in broad powertrain functions and/or vehicle engineering in any of the following areas: engine, transmission, driveline, packaging, adaptation, controls, or calibration
· Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Demonstrated understanding of product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes
· Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, and to work with minimal direction (ability to understand and complete next steps without guidance)
This position is to work remotely with availability to travel occasionally, all candidates MUST reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico
