Klaviyo’s Product Team is made up of Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Product Operations Team Members. We are a collaborative group and love processes that make our lives easier. The Program Manager of Product Operations will help build and expand the Product Operations function at Klaviyo. You will help enable the Product team to run effectively, while also working closely with cross-functional partners to drive Product team objectives. Also, you will lead production operations and programs for multiple key initiatives - internal and external - that help drive overall impact for the Product team at Klaviyo.

How you will make a difference

  • Help the product team operate effectively by providing clarity and visibility on our projects, both internally and to a cross functional audience
  • Evaluate team needs and implement and measure processes with product managers, product analysts, and cross-functional partners to solve for our growing need to collaborate holistically across the organization
  • Create alignment and education across the product team and cross-functional partners on tools and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with directors, people leaders, and product managers and product analysts to define, document, and operationalize processes
  • Keep a close pulse on the health of the product team, enabling effective communication, and providing actionable next steps to improve

What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in product operations or technical program management in an agile environment, preferably at a high-growth tech company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to a detailed solution–taking a problem, identifying a path forward, and driving an initiative through
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in building relationships and working across organizational boundaries to stay aligned
  • You’re a hands-on, nurturing leader with the ability to take ownership and work collaboratively in leading multiple work streams and initiatives

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$76,000$114,000 USD
