Provide administrative oversight as well as clinical and reflective supervision to WellPower’s infant/ early childhood mental health consultation (IECMHC) program (“PLAY”) to ensure children and families served received excellent preventive and clinical care and community partnerships are thriving. The PLAY program provides early childhood mental health consultation services to childcare centers throughout Denver County. This position is responsible for: maintaining and enhancing ongoing delivery of infant/early childhood mental health promotion and prevention services as well as associated community partnerships. Support the ongoing training and development of supervisees as well as the implementation of specialty mental health promotion/prevention/treatment initiatives. Oversee the management of team operations and work to maximize efficiencies while insuring the highest quality of care possible for the individuals we serve as well as the meaningful engagement of staff members.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000/year

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION: Master’s or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, or other human services field. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure required with IMH-E III/IV preferred. Colorado licensure must be valid and in good standing.
EXPERIENCE: At least five years in mental health or human service field working with young children and families ages birth-5 years. Two or more years of supervisory and program management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of early childhood mental health consultation and sound clinical ability required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical staff.
WORKING CONDITIONS: General HOURS: M-F, 8am-5pm with one late evening until 7pm weekly (may vary). May require occasional early morning, evening or weekend hours.
Tuberculosis (TB) screening, testing - TB screening and testing, is required and must be completed prior to hire ( i.e., preplacement), and maintained during employment.
