We are looking for an outstanding candidate for a Program Manager - Payments role within the Payments Operations team at Zenoti. The Payments Operations Team is focused on ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant payment processing, enabling new payment options and improving the existing payments experience for our customers. This team plays a crucial role in driving Zenoti's ability to connect with Payment Service Providers and Banks and offer a diverse range of Pay-in and Pay-out methods, including cards, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods such as wallets etc. This data-driven program manager will develop a solid understanding of new payment capabilities and excitement for innovation and process improvement, along with stellar communication skills.
As a Program Manager, Payments, you will interact with senior leadership and business partners directly and drive efforts to build payment programs, improve operations and incident management procedures, and use metrics to track payments and partner performance. You will partner with product, engineers, operations, data analytics and other program managers to create programs and procedures from scratch that deliver exponential value to our customers globally.
What will I be doing?
- Help define payments product strategy, roadmap, and build a prioritization framework that captures relevant tradeoffs for the team while creating organizational alignment

Understand the payment ecosystem and Zenoti's platform end to end, the APIs in our systems, and the dependencies, and use this knowledge to improve our payment systems

Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
- Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
- Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
- Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
- Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.

Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
- Stay abreast of regulations, compliance, and client contractual requirements, ensuring the company's adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks for different markets and clients

What skills do I need?
- 8+ years of relevant experience in program management and/or payments business operations.
- 5+ years of payments experience in the merchant and/or payments provider side (e.g., PSP, acquirer, aggregator, etc.).
- Experience driving medium-to-large-sized technical projects with external financial partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Success driving results, identifying, and solving issues, and sound decision making.

Proficiency in analyzing business needs and creating necessary documentation and system improvement requests to optimize functionality and productivity.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with the product team and engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs and you can sweat the details to understand the impacts of these tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects.
