We are seeking a Program Manager of HOPES and Fatherhood EFFECT to join our HOPES Program. As a Program Manager of HOPES and Fatherhood EFFECT, you will Shine Hope as you develop and manage staff and professional resources to provide programmatic services for Project HOPES and Fatherhood Effect participants. You will provide staff supervision, training, oversight of service delivery, compliance with contract terms, and management of Buckner, Project HOPES, and Fatherhood Effect Budgets. What you'll do:
- Effectively administer and supervise all aspects of the Project HOPES and Fatherhood Effect program to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of clients/families, as outlined in each client's plan of service.
- Assist with the design and coordination of services for clients.
- Analyze program needs; develop, modify, and implement changes in programs, in consultation with Program Director, to meet changing needs; demonstrate operational competence in managing resources.
- Provide training in crisis intervention, best practice home visitation, safety, and curriculum fidelity to team members.
- Make home and school visits with team members as required.
- Lead in the development and preparation of documents necessary to procure Project HOPES and Fatherhood Effect contracts during years when the contracts are re-procured. Submit documentation necessary for Contract Renewals each year.
- Submit Quarterly Reports, Corrective Action Plans, and Annual Reports to PEI staff.
- Work a flexible schedule to provide services to clients. Work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ensure and monitor timely and accurate documentation, including case files, contacts, data and statistics. Ensure proper documentation in Extended Reach.
- Monitor and review client plans, case notes, and discharge summaries; amend documentation as required to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work or related human service field required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years prior related experience related experience using family preservation model required; prior supervisory experience required.
- Requires ability to drive assigned vehicle(s) or personal vehicle, with appropriate state license, following all laws applicable; must provide proof of liability insurance and must be eligible to be insured under Buckner’s insurance policy. Must be age 21 or older to drive on behalf of Buckner.
- Requires ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force continuously to move objects and/or people.
- Requires ability to walk, stand and sit, sometimes for prolonged periods of time.
