Your Impact
As the Program Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations, you will own and drive the seamless execution of our learning programs from end to end. You will be responsible for building scalable operational frameworks, leading cross-functional collaboration, and aligning stakeholders to meet both internal goals and client expectations.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can identify opportunities for improvement, and lead through influence across teams. You’ll oversee program timelines, budget forecasts, and reporting on actuals, ensuring all processes are optimized for growth and efficiency. As a proactive problem-solver, you will anticipate risks and resolve challenges before they impact outcomes.
This role reports directly to the VP of Learning Experience Design and works closely with content, account management, product, and external clients to deliver high-impact solutions.

This role is remote and can be performed from any location that is compatible with EST working hours. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.
