•Leads the PMO on the account, develops clear vision/standards and champions the use of best practices, standards and processes.
•Provides leadership to the project teams, builds relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
•Support of growth on existing clients – facilitation of estimation, high level planning, scope/assumptions and cross discipline collaboration.
•Solid understanding of client's business, needs, expectations and requirements.
•Collaboration with project teams on approach, deliverables, dependencies, schedules and tools.
•Responsible for program health, consistency across program, program level status reporting, program meetings/ceremonies, change control process, program governance.
•Management of overall program timeline and dependencies, program financial reporting, risk management, conflict resolution, stakeholder management.
•Key point of contact for all day-to-day program related issues/escalations.
•Team management, onboarding, staffing.
•Manages moderate complexity programs with multiple workstreams or projects.
•Manages client budgets of ~5M.
•Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership.
•Bachelor's Degree
•1-3 years of program management, 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital environment
•Proven understanding of standard project/program methodologies
•Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills
•Experience creating and managing project timelines and monitoring budgets, experience working with clients and within scopes of work
•Ability to travel, as needed
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
