We are looking for
An experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic semiconductor program focused on CPU IP, Chiplet, and software development within a cross-European consortium of several partners. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional program management with stakeholder communication skills and will work closely with the Program Technical Lead - Pavel Zaykov and the PMO Manager - Petr Svítil.
What you’ll do
- Manage a Program with an objective of designing a European RISC-V high-performance CPU
- Coordinate with multiple project managers to ensure alignment across various projects
- Manage consortium relationships and deliver regular non-technical progress reports to the consortium
- Develop and maintain program plan, including schedules and risk management
- Drive program governance and establish effective reporting mechanisms
- Manage dependencies between hardware and software development teams
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners
Requirements
What you need
- Solid program management experience
- Proven hands-on experience in managing project managers and cross-functional teams across Europe
- Experience with consortium or multi-partner program delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
What we’d love you to have
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Agile and traditional program management methodologies
- PMP certification or equivalent program management certification
- Previous experience working with international consortiums e.g. Horizon Europe
- Experience with semiconductor industry tools and methodologies
