We are looking for

An experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic semiconductor program focused on CPU IP, Chiplet, and software development within a cross-European consortium of several partners. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional program management with stakeholder communication skills and will work closely with the Program Technical Lead - Pavel Zaykov and the PMO Manager - Petr Svítil.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a Program with an objective of designing a European RISC-V high-performance CPU
  • Coordinate with multiple project managers to ensure alignment across various projects
  • Manage consortium relationships and deliver regular non-technical progress reports to the consortium 
  • Develop and maintain program plan, including schedules and risk management
  • Drive program governance and establish effective reporting mechanisms
  • Manage dependencies between hardware and software development teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners

Requirements

What you need

  • Solid program management experience
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing project managers and cross-functional teams across Europe
  • Experience with consortium or multi-partner program delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

What we’d love you to have

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Agile and traditional program management methodologies
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management certification
  • Previous experience working with international consortiums e.g. Horizon Europe
  • Experience with semiconductor industry tools and methodologies

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10% travel may be required for consortium meetings and partner coordination
