Job Description
The Programme & Performance Management Analyst supports the Director of Performance and Program Management in executing key initiatives and programs at Visa. They are responsible for the adoption, operation, and performance of consumer products and value-added services (VAS) across the ecosystem. The Programme & Performance Management Analyst will work with the stakeholders and participants to deliver on the overall program workstreams, milestones, objectives and key deliverables and timeline and will support the execution therein.
Day to day responsibilities
Supporting the Performance and Programme Director and the Programme Manager, ensure Visa’s key initiatives, programs are successfully delivered
Track and deliver key milestones and workflows, performance and RAIDs to highlight any additional corporate risks that need to be tracked at the enterprise level
Identify challenges and dependencies and report them to program management for resolution.
Work with Product GTM teams, Product Management, Client Services, Government Engagement, Compliance, Technology and Risk teams (not exhaustive) to ensure consistent practices are followed.
Support regional updates to the EU program steerco and support requests for sub-initiatives or formal requests for direction.
Work with Service Experience consultants and Product SMEs on introduction and implementation of processes to monitor opt-out, waiver and other exceptions driven processes
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Experience in PMO for network product operations, product delivery, or large complex projects in a matrix organization
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter, fast learner
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to constant change.
